Odd-lot Offer
On 24 August 2022 Kenmare launched an Odd-lot Offer pursuant to which shareholders holding fewer than 200 ordinary shares in Kenmare (the "Odd-lot Holders”) were offered the opportunity to sell their shares at a 5% premium to the market price.
The Odd-lot Offer opened on 24 August 2022 and closed on 30 September 2022.
