Kenmare has become aware of an increase in fake recruitment advertisements or “job scams” where a criminal impersonates a Kenmare employee or recruiter to steal money or personal data by offering fake job opportunities. Legitimate Kenmare employees have email addresses that end in @kenmareresources.com or @kenmaremoz.com. The Kenmare recruitment portal’s web address is recruitment.kenmaremoz.com – the Company does not use any other recruitment portals. Some other red flags to look out for in fake recruitment advertisements include unrealistic job offers, requests for upfront payments, requests for sensitive information (like bank details) before a formal offer is made, unprofessional communication and unsolicited contact.
