Director Declaration
Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.7 of the listing rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and paragraph 9.6.13 of the listing rules of the UK Listing Authority, Kenmare Resources plc hereby notifies the following in relation to Jacob Deysel who was appointed as Chief Operations Director of the Company on 11 June 2009:
(a) Jacob Deysel is not, and has not in the last 5 years been, a director of any other publicly quoted company.
(b) Jacob Deysel holds 1,000,000 ordinary share options in Kenmare Resources plc with an exercise price of Stg9p.
(c) There are no further details requiring disclosure for Jacob Deysel under paragraphs 6.6.7(2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to (6) of the listing rules of the UK Listing Authority.
