Ian Egan resigns as Non-Executive Director of CityView Corporation Limited

In accordance with the requirements of Irish Listing Rule 6.6.8 and UK Listing Rule 9.6.14 to notify any new directorships held by any director of Kenmare Resources plc ("Kenmare") in any other publicly quoted company, Kenmare advises that Mr. Ian Egan has ceased to be a director of CityView Corporation Limited with effect from 24 October 2008.  Save for this, there has been no other change in the information required to be notified under Irish Listing Rule 6.6.7 and UK Listing Rule 9.6.13.
