Ian Egan Appointed Non-Executive Director of CityView Corporation Limited

In accordance with Paragraph 6.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, the Company advises that Mr. Ian Egan, a Non-Executive Director of Kenmare, has been appointed to the board of CityView Corporation Limited as a Non-Executive Director.

CityView Corporation Limited is a junior exploration company listed on the Australian, USA and Frankfurt stock exchanges. CityView are largely involved in oil and mineral exploration in countries on the west coast of Africa.
