RE: Ian Egan Appointed Chairman of Simba Mines Inc.

In accordance with Paragraph 6.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, the Company advises that Mr. Ian Egan, a non-executive director of Kenmare, has been appointed to the board of Simba Mines Inc., a US publicly quoted company. 

Simba is a junior exploration company holding interests in copper areas in Angola and copper cobalt areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
