I lost my share certificate, what should I do? 

You should contact the company's registrar, Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Ltd and they will send you out an indemnity form to be filled out and returned. They will then issue you with a new certificate.

Who do I notify of my change of address? 

You will need to print out the change of address form below, complete and return it to the company registrar, Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Ltd.

I hold a warrant certificate, what does this entitle me to? 

A warrant certificate entitles you to purchase shares in the company at the exercise price shown on the warrant certificate. The warrants can be exercised at any time during the period stated on the certificate.

How do I exercise my warrants? 

If you wish to exercise warrants you should sign the back of your warrant certificate indicating the number of warrants you wish to exercise. The signed certificate, together with the appropriate payment should be posted to Kenmare Resources plc, Chatham House, Chatham Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Kenmare will arrange for the transaction to be approved by the relevant Stock Exchanges and on approval instruct our registrars, Computershare Investor Services, to issue you with a share certificate.

When do my warrants expire? 

Tradable Warrants issued in July '04 expire on 24th July 2009

Non Tradable Warrants:
- Class 99/00 warrants expire on 31st Dec '07
